Baked BLT Dip
1 lb Bacon, cooked 1 c Mayonnaise 1 c Sour Cream 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened 1-1/2 c Cheddar Cheese 1 Tomato, seeded and chopped 1/3 c Green Onion, chopped Additional onion, bacon, tomato, and lettuce for garnish |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix mayo, sour cream, and cream cheese in a bowl until thoroughly mixed. Crumble bacon into mix and stir. Add cheese, green onions, and tomato and mix well. Pour into a shallow dish or pie pan and bake 20 min or until bubbly. Garnish with extras. Serve with corn chips. |
